Our Premium Green Teas are organically grown in Shizuoka, Japan, the best known area to grow the highest grade tea, by a grower who has been producing tea products for over 50 years. A true estate tea, they are divine. If you have wide ranging tastes for teas or just want to learn about green teas. we have the right package for you.

Our sampler pack will allow try 3 of our gourmet teas with out a major investment. We have provided them here at less than our cost. Why? One reason is that we would like you to have the opportunity to taste a what green tea is supposed to taste like, it is very different from mass produced, blended, and often stale green teas that are common, but also We are confident that you will find one that you will love and will return to buy again.

If you to are new to fine teas, this is an excellent introduction. The teas in our sampler pack are bagged teas. If you like these, our loose teas are even a step beyond.

Japanese Sencha Tea ...

Premium Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) is made of spring-to-early-summer selected young leaves. The use of early spring leaves and the gentle processing give this tea an outstanding taste without a trace of bitterness. After the harvest, the young leaves are steamed briefly then dried. This process is believed to keep the abundant polyphenols (catechin) from being destroyed, as opposed to the fermentation process used for black tea.
